This isn't a rigid schedule — it's a sequence. Move faster or slower based on your timeline, but keep the order.
01
Understand the test structure
Before doing any content work, know exactly what the test looks like — how many modules, how many questions, how the adaptive scoring works. Surprises on test day cost marks.

02
Read the content guides
Work through the Reading & Writing guide, Grammar guide, and Math Concepts guide. Don't memorise — understand. The goal is recognising question types the moment you see them.

03
Memorise the formula blueprint
Work through the Formula Blueprint section by section. Focus on the ones marked high frequency. Understand what each formula is for before trying to memorise it — context helps retention.

04
Learn Desmos strategy
The SAT provides Desmos in the math section. Most students either never use it or waste time using it for things that are faster by hand. Learn which questions trigger it and which don't.

05
Run full timed practice tests
Use the SAT timer to run full 2hr 14min practice sessions in realistic conditions. Log every result in the Past Paper Tracker. The pattern of your weak topics across multiple tests tells you exactly where to focus.

06
Prepare your nervous system
The week before the test, shift from content acquisition to performance preparation. Read the stress guide, build your panic plan, do the breathing exercise before each practice session so it becomes automatic.
